There is a minimum order of 20 pieces to order personalized tags with this item.

Tags do not come attached to your favors, some assembly is required

This item ships Next Business Day on non-personalized orders, when placed by 2 PM EST.

If ordering this item with Personalized Tags, please allow 3 to 4 business days before this item ships.

Due to high temperatures during the late Spring, Summer and early Fall, we highly recommend all candles be shipped using Next Day Air to prevent melting.   

If the current temperature in the area we are shipping to is extremely hot, candles may melt in transit if shipped Ground. Any melted candles shipped by Ground shipping will not be accepted for returns, refunds or replacements.

Please note, if you are ordering personalized tags with this item, they are not returnable or refundable. If you choose to return the products, we will not refund for personalized tags or stickers for this item. The cost of the stickers/tags will be deducted from your return. If you have already attached tags/stickers to the items, the items are not returnable as they are not able to be re-sold.
