Due to high temperatures during the late Spring, Summer and early Fall, we highly recommend all candles be shipped using Next Day Air to prevent melting.   

If the current temperature in the area we are shipping to is extremely hot, candles may melt in transit if shipped Ground. Any melted candles shipped by Ground shipping will not be accepted for returns, refunds or replacements.

Between May 1 and September 30 the following locations must choose 2nd Day Air Shipping or Next Day Air Shipping to prevent chocolates from melting due to summer heat: AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY NV, OH, OK, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY. States not listed are within a 2 day UPS Ground shipping time.

Although chocolates are shipped with ice packs during the summer months, Customers are responsible to provide a shipping address that someone be available to receive the shipment. Little Things Favors will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any chocolate orders that may be left unattended/unsigned for (left by UPS/FedEx). Please arrange for someone to receive the order upon delivery. Tracking will be provided when the order ships.
