Between May 1 and October 31 All States, except CA MUST select 2nd Day or Next Day Air Shipping. We will not be responsible for melted or weather damaged items (due to heat, cold, rain or inclement weather) which were not shipped appropriately or if there was no one to accept delivery.

Little Things Favors will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for melted chocolates, chocolate dipped orders, or icing that may be left unattended/unsigned for (left by UPS/FedEx).
