Top hat-shaped pourer/bottle stopper is made of solid chrome, with a notable weight and quality.

How to use: Insert the entire top hat into your wine bottle. Simply remove the center part of the hat and keep the hat rim section inside when you want to pour a glass of wine. Then just re-inset the center to cap it off!
