Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges, cancellation or delayed delivery of your order.
International Bongo Customers (Canada Optional) Please Note: You will need to activate your account and complete your sign up process with Bongo International within 24 hours of placing your order with us or your order will be in jeopardy of being canceled. Due to high international fraud rates we require every international customer to go through Bongo's International fraud screening process. At this time, the credit card listed in your Bongo account must match the credit card used to make your purchase on our site.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Little Things Favors reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your International order for any reason.
We Can Not Ship The Following Items Internationally: Confectionery merchandise, candy or chocolate outside of the USA. Some countries do not allow seed products to be imported. Little Things Favors has no knowledge about country-specific import rules and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts and regulations prior to placing an order. To learn more about country-specific regulations that may affect your international shipment, please reference UPS's Country Regulations
Taxes, Duties, Brokerage Charges, Import Rules (All International Customers Including Canada) For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Little Things Favors is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment. Any applicable surcharges, taxes, VAT fees, import duty or brokerage charges on imported goods must be paid by the customer. If you have questions regarding duties and taxes please contact your local taxation department.
Product Pricing and Exchange Rates All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. We can not calculate conversion rates for you. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
International Addresses The customer must provide a street address for shipping, we can not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping Fees When you get a Bongo account you will be provided a US Address in which we will ship your order to. Bongo shipping rates to forward the package to your International address are 25-50% off published DHL rates. Bongo charges the actual package weight or the dimensional weight (whichever is greater) to determine the billable weight. Please see Bongo's Page How We Bill for further information. We can not calculate Bongo's forwarding rates for you. Please contact them for assistance.
International Returns or Packages Refused: If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the delivery company to abandon the order, and there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed into the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
International Returns: Our return policy states you have 30 days from the date of delivery (to your Bongo address)to return items to us. Responsibility of your order is transferred to Bongo once you have received Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. International returns will need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International. Please contact Bongo International to coordinate your return.
Damaged Goods: Any damaged goods will be replaced by us and shipped to your Bongo Address at no charge to you. However, you will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo's service. We are not responsible for the international transportation of your goods.
Import Duties on Damages & Replacements: If you need to make a return or receive a replacement on damages please contact Bongo International directly. They will adjust your international paperwork to state that the items are replacement items. No additional duties / taxes should be applied by Customs in your country.
