Proofs are done just prior to when your order is being printed. Please remember that we must have a VALID e-mail address and daytime contact number. You must respond to the e-mail within one business day in order for us to ship your product within the 10 business day time period, otherwise the process time will be longer. If you are placing a rush order and you require a proof, please respond immediately to the email proof or we may not be able to meet your deadline.
You are allowed one proof plus one revision. If more proofs are requested, an additional charge may apply.
Colors will vary on different monitors, so if color is critical, it may be nessicary to send you a paper proof and will be an additional charge. We cannot provide paper proofs for rush orders. We are not responsible for colors variables if a paper proof is not sent. Please call us if you would like to request a paper proof.
