This rush fee will ship this item out the next business day when added before Noon Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. Please note: Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.  

This rush fee does not apply to your entire order, it only applies to items with the prefix codes LKA. If you have more than one LKA item, only one rush charge is needed. If you are ordering both personalized and non-personalized LKA items, please only add one $60 personalized rush processing fee for the entire LKA portion of your order.  

Rush processing speeds the processing time in our warehouses only. You may still need to use expedited shipping methods to receive your order in time. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Due to high temperatures during the late Spring, Summer and early Fall, we highly recommend all candles be shipped using Next Day Air to prevent melting.   

If the current temperature in the area we are shipping to is extremely hot, candles may melt in transit if shipped Ground. Any melted candles shipped by Ground shipping will not be accepted for returns, refunds or replacements.

Please note, if you are ordering personalized tags with this item, they are not returnable or refundable. If you choose to return the products, we will not refund for personalized tags or stickers for this item. The cost of the stickers/tags will be deducted from your return. If you have already attached tags/stickers to the items, the items are not returnable as they are not able to be re-sold.
