Although chocolates are shipped with ice packs during the summer months, Customers are responsible to provide a shipping address that someone be available to receive the shipment. Little Things Favors will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for melted chocolates or any chocolate orders that may be left unattended/unsigned for (left by UPS/FedEx).
