By adding the rush fee this item will ship out the next business day when added before Noon Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. Please note: Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.

This rush fee does not apply to your entire order, it only applies to items with the prefix LDD. If you have more than one LDD item, only one rush charge is needed as it will apply to all LDD items in your order.

If you have additional items with different prefix codes, please look in the item description to see if rush service is available.

Rush processing speeds the processing time in our warehouses only. You may still need to use expedited shipping methods to receive your order in time. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The Cooler Fee MUST Be added when we are shipping to locations with warm weather regardless of the shipping month

We are not responsible for items melted in transit to you if the temperature is warm and the cooler fee was not added to your order, as we can not accurately check the projected forecast for your area. It is the customer's responsibility to add this fee if they feel it may be too warm outside. Chocolate melting may occur without a cooler. Please do not risk your order being melted.

Although we urge our customers to add our cooler fee to orders containing chocolate, customers are responsible to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the shipment. Little Things Favors will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for melted chocolates or any chocolate orders that may be left unattended/unsigned for (left by UPS/FedEx). Please arrange for someone to receive the order upon delivery. Tracking will be provided when the order ships. By adding this order to the shopping cart, you have hereby agreed to these terms.

To prevent melting we recommend upgrading shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air if your location is experiencing warmer weather, regardless of the month the order is shipping or the state it is shipping to, in addition to adding the cooler fee.

We will not ship chocolates via UPS Ground during the period of April 15 through October 31 to any locations due to the high risk of melting. During this time period all states must upgrade shipping and add the cooler fee.
