Although we pack glassware very carefully, It is NOT possible for us to replace personalized glassware damaged in transit. We can only offer a refund on the damaged pieces. Please order an additional pieces to cover all contingencies (ex - breakage or extra guests!)

Please provide ready to print art, e-mailed to us at info@littlethingsfavors.com along with your order number. We cannot do any graphic design work for you. Any custom order must be accompanied by completely finished artwork.

Artwork must be at least 2.5 x 2.5 inches in size, and solid 1-bit black & white. Formats which are preferred include vector based: Adobe Illustrator CS 4 (.ai), .eps. Vector graphics use points, lines, curves, and shapes, which are all based on mathematical equations. These mathematical equations represent images in graphic programs like Adobe Illustrator. This allows the graphics to be crisp and clear, unlike formats which use pixels, like .jpg.

We cannot process artwork that contains colors, halftones, or shades of gray. Please convert all type to curves, paths or outlines. We can accept compressed files using Win-Zip only.

Please note this item is considered a Personalized Product and cannot be returned. All sales of Personalized Products are final. If there was an error on our part with the personalization, we will reprint and reship for free.
