Due to high temperatures during the late Spring, Summer and early Fall, we highly recommend all candles be shipped using 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air methods to prevent melting. If the current temperature in your area (or the area we are shipping to) is extremely hot candles may melt in transit if shipped Ground. Any melted candles shipped by Ground shipping will not be accepted for returns, refunds or replacements.

Please note, if you are ordering personalized tags with this item, they are not returnable or refundable. If you choose to return the products, we will not refund for personalized tags or stickers for this item. The cost of the stickers/tags will be deducted from your return. If you have already attached tags/stickers to the items, the items are not returnable as they are not able to be re-sold.
