HOW TO ENTER

To enter, log on to www.littlethingsfavors.com, fill in the on-line form and hit the send button once, during the sweepstakes period and you will be entered once in the sweepstakes. More than one entry per month from any person, household or email address will void all entries from that person, household or email address.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Only one entry per person, household and/or email address. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees of Perfectly Pickled LLC DBA Little Things Wedding Favors (the "Sponsor"), nor member of their immediate families. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cases beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RESERVATIONS

Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and their related, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize.

WINNERS

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. All responsibilities of a minor who is a winner will be assumed by the minor's parents/legal guardian. Winners will be notified by email in the beginning of each month. Winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize by responding to the email. Failure to respond to the winning notification email within 72 hours will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. PROCEDURE

In a random drawing conducted on a monthly basis, one (1) winner will be chosen from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the prior month.

PRIZES

One (1) winner per month will receive a one-time only coupon code valued at $100.00 which will be vaild for 30 days from date of issuance. Shipping, handling, and taxes which may be due are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable; if winner selects wedding favors below the value of the prize, difference will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for all taxes. Prize value is based on current retail value.
