Ivory jordan almonds come in bulk packages of 25 pound boxes. Traditionally, five (5) jordan almonds / confetti are included in the wedding favor or bonbonniere to represent health, wealth, fertility, happiness and longevity. A classic form of dragée, they are often used as wedding favors due to the "bitter" almonds and the "sweet" sugar representing bittersweet married life. Fresh almonds have a bittersweet taste, which represents life. The sugarcoating is added with the hope that the newlyweds' life will be more sweet than bitter.

No longer exclusive to weddings, they are now used as favors for other occasions as well.
