Little Things Favors is confident that you will be happy with your order and we back it up with our guarantee so that you can be confident when placing your order with us. Should a problem arise, we will work with you to rectify any situation regarding your order.

Inspect Immediately & Notify Us within 14 Days of Receipt

We recommend you check your order condition immediately upon receipt. Any problems (damage, personalization, missing items, etc.) must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery in order for the guarantee to be valid.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed and address correction charges may be incurred (see our wrong address policy section).
I have an issue, now what?
If there is a problem with your order, please email our customer service center immediately and we will respond within one business day. Please include your:
  • original order number
  • name
  • telephone number and the best time to contact if necessary
  • a detailed explanation of the problem
  • specific items that you would like to return or that are damaged
  • a digital photo of the issue for review
Damaged Item Policy
Although we pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable when packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement via UPS or FedEx ground delivery for the damaged component, or we may issue a refund for the component cost (excluding shipping charges). All packing should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package. Damage must be reported within 14 days. No damage claims will be accepted after 14 days.
Perishable Item Policy
If there is a problem with an individual perishable item, we will send you a replacement for that item or issue a partial refund for that item. Perishables (e.g. fresh-baked cookies and other food) cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for perishable packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Personalized/Engraved Item Policy
Personalized gift items/favors cannot be returned or replaced since we create those pieces by hand. Because personalized items are crafted by hand, one-by-one, they require very high set-up costs to make sure we get it right. Due to those high set-up costs, we are unable to send replacements. All replacements will be assessed a set-up fee. If there was an error on our end on a personalized item, we will send a replacement for that item. Please review your personalization carefully before ordering and contact us immediately if you made a mistake. You will also receive an email after ordering that includes any personalization as it was entered.
